Self-Service vs. Supported Assessments

What's the difference between the self-service (ELIX/XLIX) and supported options (CLIX/OLIX/BLIX) — and which is right for me or my organisation?
___Online self-service options (ELIX/XLIX) are leadership assessment that can be completed by the client themselves, whereas online supported options are leadership assessments that are led by a senior analyst (CLIX, OLIX, BLIX).
 

What does ""online supported"" actually mean — email, chat, or live session?
___Online supported options mean a senior analyst will lead the assessment process (applicable for CLIX, OLIX and BLIX only) in a live video or phone call session.
 

How soon can I book a supported debrief session after buying, and how long does the process take end-to-end?
___Debrief sessions with senior analysts usually take place between two (2) to ten (10) working days (subject to availability).
 

Do I need any prior certification or coaching background to interpret STADTHÖLDER® leadership reports myself?
___No, STADTHÖLDER® leadership reports are structured and compiled with a range of add-ons to help you understand the report: introduction to paradigms, examples, glossary as well as debriefs with senior analysts to answer any questions you might have (applicable for XLIX, CLIX, OLIX and BLIX - not applicable for ELIX)
 

Can I upgrade from self-service to supported after purchase?

Data, Privacy & Sharing

Is my data confidential? How is it stored, protected, and who can see it?
___Yes, STADTHÖLDER® does not share or sell any client information with third-party, all data is stored on STADTHÖLDER® systems and only STADTHÖLDER® analysts have access to it.
 

Can I share my STADTHÖLDER® leadership report(s) with my manager, coach, or HR business partner?
___Yes, you can share the report with anyone however organisational needs are better met through STADTHÖLDER® OLIX or BLIX options as your organisational profile and needs will be much better integrated into the assessments.
 

Can I use STADTHÖLDER® leadership reports for my entire leadership team, or is it purchased per person?
___Yes, individual STADTHÖLDER® assessments are purchased per person, meaning each person taking an assessment will need their own login. For organisational purchases however tokens are created to allow individual access for company/team members. 
 

Is there a group discount for 5+ reports, and do you offer corporate or bulk pricing?
___Yes, STADTHÖLDER® offers tailored discounts for multiple reports. The best options for discounts are 1) referral discounts (when your refer new clients) and 2) as part of corporate/team solutions (order free quote).
 

Can my HR team access aggregate team insights, or white-label STADTHÖLDER® leadership reports for internal use?
___Yes, our STADTHÖLDER® BLIX option offers HR teams and organisations a complete custom asessment and reporting package, inlcuding aggregating team insights and your organisations publishing standards and preferences.

Is this a one-time report or an ongoing engagement — and what comes next?
___STADTHÖLDER® reports are compiled once, analysing a specific situation. Once completed the report's action plan can be used to implement your leadership strategy or structure coaching needs.
 

What is your refund or satisfaction policy if the report doesn't meet my expectations?
___We do not provide any refunds, however if you are not satisfied with the reports we offer a free 30-minute debrief with a senior analyst to review any concerns/question you might have regarding the report, followed by a Report Supplement to clarify and/or correct any necessary aspect of the report.
